Runaway

Yesterday we were decorating the Christmas tree and opened the doors in our den to get some fresh air. Little did we know, but our monky escaped! Jay just happened to walk outside to his truck and see her. I know, Bad Parenting that we should not admit too, but it is pretty funny!
When we called her name, she just looked at us like.."What?"

This is how far she got. Jay says she is a tomgirl since the grass or leaves did not bother her one bit. I disagree since I shop for her.
Look at that look-like she knowsd she did something wrong! Wonder where she gets that from? No comments are needed-I know!

Little Monkey!

Luci never liked her bouncy seat as a baby, but she loves it now. She loves to climb in it and bounce! Of course she has flipped it over on herself several times, but she keeps going back for more!
She has no fear-she will climb on, over, under anything!
Look who she has in her mouth...Blu Baby. Cooper would freak out if he knew she were even touching him, but she loves him too.
Taking a stroll!

Any day now...

This is how we found Luci the other day, standing on her own. It makes me so sad. She will be on e in January and I cannot believe how fast this year has gone by!
She loves her brothers and wants to be whereever they are. She crawls in the playroom whenever they are in there and is totally content.
Sweet babies!

Thanksgiving-Drew

We went to Drew for Thanksgiving with my family and unfortunately I didn't get but a few pictures. This is one of my aunts with Luci and Anna Walton.
Luci loves shoes-just like her momma!
Luic also loves Sista Puddin-mostly becasue she is not crawling yet and Luci could crawl on her-Yes I said on her, like on her back or across her leggs! She was a bulldozer! Poor Puddin!

Thanksgiving-Vburg I

We had all the family to our house for Thanksgving. PLus we had Jay's brother's fiance's family too, so we had a house full. We had lots of planning and cleaning and running around to do in preparation for this!
Poor Jay was worn out! ( Here's your picture Eric!)
Jessica's neice Emma is almost 2 and was showing Luci she was not the only Princess in town! Luci, obviously, did not like it!

We have lots to be thankful for this year-especially new (soon to be) family members!

Organizing! Not really!

Luci's favorite new activity is to crawl over to the cabinets, open them and then pull everything out of them. I used to open the drawer with all my plastic containers in it and let her play in it and she must have gotten bored with that!
She sees food in this drawer and is trying to get it! Look at those leggs!! And see, she does wear pants! But not in public!
She emptied out a box of cereal the other day-I know you're thinking "where are the parents?"- well most of the time we are just happy that she is happy and the rest of the time we are trying to keep the big ones out of trouble!
"MMMM.....what is that?"

The Deer hunter

This is how John William spends most of his time when he is deer hunting. They have not had much luck yet and he is getting frustrated! But he does enjoy his gameboy!

Big Girl and her dark clothing

I know I said I would not put dark colors on my baby-but HOW CUTE IS SHE!!! Don't you love the pink shoes?
This is what she does when she sees the camera. She smiles so big! She will probably be walking soon-she has recenlty started standing up and letting go!
Pretty Luci!

More pretty Luci! Isn't her bow so cute!

Miss Independent!

Luci has started holding her own bottle-she finally figured out she get's her food quicker if she doesn't hvae to wait on someone to hold that bottle for her!

Luci and SheShe in the Snugli-now technically, yes she is too big for this, especially since she is 21 pounds of dead weight!
Luci's halloween pj's came with this lovely hat!! I prefer a bow!

Our daughter Wendy!

.
The weekend of the halloween party, my friend Dana came over and brought the Wendy's wig she had gotten for the Delta State Game. I am sure you are wondering why she had it, but she is the Assistant Athletic Director at DSU and they we using it for a promotional thing for the game.
Anyway, how cute is Luci...
................Not so much me though!
